*Bags: If you did not get one of our goodie bags on Sunday evening, we still have a few left, make sure you pick one up in the foyer. We are passing out our old FBC welcome bags containing some new One Hope items. Also, if you want to purchase a One Hope shirt or sweatshirt you still can. We will have an order form available Sunday morning in the foyer. We will place the order next week so make sure you order before Monday.
*Giving: Several of you have asked, so going forward, when making your financial contributions you can make checks payable to either “One Hope Baptist Church” or still “First Baptist’. The bank will accept either.
*Operation Christmas Child: shoeboxes are available at the display in the foyer. Please pick up your box in the foyer, fill it and return it to the church by November 15th. Information on what goes in the boxes is available in each box. Our goal is 100 shoeboxes. See Jan Ingham or call the office for more info. Please add $10.00 to each box for shipping. If writing a check make it out to Samaritan’s Purse and allow several weeks for processing.
*Youth Lock in: for Jr. High and High School students: Friday, October 23rd thru Saturday, October 24th 8:00 am. in the FBC Life Center. Start time will be right after the Waverly High school football game. Parents are invited to attend breakfast at 7:00 am along with students. All students must be picked up by 8:00 am.
