Senior Pastor~Josh Remy
Josh was blessed to be born into a Christian home where God was honored and people were loved. He accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior when he was seven years old, but did not fully understand that decision until he was nineteen. After High School, he moved away from home to attend college and his faith became his own. At a large secular university, Josh was forced to formulate and solidify what he believed. During that time, he answered God’s call into full time ministry. God opened doors almost immediately to begin working with teenagers, college students, and multimedia communications. After college, he enrolled in Southern Seminary to get a Master’s degree and training for a career in ministry. Josh and his wife, Melinda, are consistently seeking God’s will for their future. They have three beautiful daughters, Hannah, Rachel, and Emma.

Associate Pastor ~ Val Francis
Val has served as associate pastor since 2012. Before that he served faithfully as a deacon for a number of years. Val attended Otterbein College and graduated in 1975.
He and his wife Cheryl have three grown children, son Luke and his wife Taylor, daughters Meredith and Valerie and her husband Mason. They also have four beautiful grandchildren, granddaughters Brooke and Evy and grandson Judah and granddaughter Eliza. Val is bi- vocational and has been a real estate appraiser in in Southern Ohio since 1982. Community activities include Waverly Youth League, DOE Site Advisory board, Adena Pike Hospital Board and Hope Clinic of Pike County.

Office Administrator ~ Debbie Saunders
Debbie accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and was baptized on New Years day 1984 at First Baptist Church and has been a member ever since. She married Bill Saunders in September of 1984 and they have 3 grown sons Ryan and his wife Brittany and their son Franklin, Aaron and his wife Jennifer and their two children Logan & Ella and their youngest son Dr. Drew Saunders. Debbie has been the Office Administrator at F.B.C since 2002 and the Assistant Treasurer since 2009. Debbie has her real estate license and has also worked part time for Brewster Real Estate & Appraisal.

Custodian ~ Cathy Dunn
Cathy was born on August 9, 1970 in Greenfield Ohio. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Savior in February of 1993. She rededicated her life to Christ in 2012 at First Baptist Church where she is a member. Cathy is married to Mike Dunn and she has daughters Hannah & son in law Brady, daughter Gracie and stepdaughter Page. Cathy has been the custodian at F.B.C. since 2012.
